[Request] Runescape Stat Checker

Hi guys, 
I Currently have a stat checker for osrs and rs3, but it requires username format. It grabs all stats.
I am looking for a program, i dont care how shitty it is, to either grab usernames from a user/emailass list, or to check stats off a user/pass list.

Just letting you know, I'm not able to pay for it coz im broke  epe: make me rich tho <3
