How can I get the new fortnite galaxy skin?

So there is a exclusive skin for Fortnite on android. You need to get the note9 or tab4. I don't have those 2. So what I thought is installing a virtual mobile note 9, and install Fortnite on it.

Is this posibble?
Or does someone know an other ta tic?

buy the phone/tablet or an account with the skin, but buying the phone is a better decision.
there is no method to make it work other than some bs one saying to go to some store and do whatever, which isnt gomna work.
